"Hell is empty,
and all of the devils are here."
- William Shakespeare
Cosmo was never meant to enter into this world, unfortunately an act of wicked cruelty overturned fate and brought him into it all the same. His father, Hades, raped his mother, Aphrodite. When Cosmo was born, Zeus cast him out from Mount Olympus, banishing him to wander the face of the Earth until the end of time.

As a child of Aphrodite, he was born as an angel with a pair of black wings that he can bring forth at will. Yet he is fallen due to his parentage, the nature of how he came to be. As a child of Hades, he is his own worst nightmare. Born with an unsustainable blood lust, he depends upon it for survival. Yet his thirst will never be satisfied, a consequence of being a creature borne of such a wicked act.

The Scar
Cosmo has a massive scar from the lightning bolt Zeus used upon him many centuries ago. It spans the entirety of his back, and running up his left shoulder and down to his forearm, stopping at the elbow. It is pitch black and almost resembles a tattoo to the unknowing eye. The mark of the lightning bolt is forever burned black into his flesh, serving as a constant reminder of the monstrosity that he has become.
"The Sight"
Cosmo was born with a gift, which has since been wickedly corrupted. His eyes are a constant storm of varying hues of blue, while the border of his eyes are silver where dark blue would normally be found, This is due to his parentage, as well as the unique ability that he possesses which enables him to see the souls (also referred to as auras) of others, much like if one were to add an additional lens to their camera before taking a photo.

A kaleidoscope of colors surrounds every being he encounters, and through the varying shades he is able to see auras, as well as one's soul. Due to this, his father had corrupted Cosmo's gift for his own gain. In centuries past, Cosmo has carried out more than a few tasks for his father which could not have been completed successfully without Cosmo's 'sight'.
